Ahh, Cary real estate... One of the best kept secrets it seems in the nation! But with all the attention Cary has been getting and with the influx of people relocating to the Triangle, it won't stay a secret for long!
As a matter of fact the Triangle Business Journal just recently reported Cary’s population grew almost 6 percent in the past year with a population estimate of 136,600 in 2009. It ranked at No. 179 in country. Now that's growth!

Hey girl! So glad to see and hear that you're doing great right now! It's been booming here too but, we recently had a MAJOR slow-down. I don't attribute it to the end of the tax credit incentive but, not quite sure what the cause is. Hopefully it's just the end of the school year/vacation, normal slow down!
Have a fabulous Friday!
6% population growth is wonderful for the area. Market reports are such a great thing to do for both buyers and sellers.
McCurtain County and Choctaw County Oklahoma have a fairly stable population, not much change except in the summer when the tourists land at the lakes :)
