Wake County Real Estate Market Report - September 2011

Wake County NC Homes Market Report for September 2011

Wake County Real Estate Market Report

We're always asking our clients, what is it about Wake County that made you want to move here?  Usually we hear "career move", "good schools", "love the area", "family nearby", and "great place to raise children".

But we heard someone once say (and this response has me chuckling)... apparantly the Triangle area has seriously impressive sidewalk chalk events. That's right - sidewalk chalk art!

While ultimately relocating to Wake County usually has to do with a career move, this gent said when he was visiting different cities he came across the sidewalk chalk event "Chalk it Up" here in downtown Raleigh and was so impressed with what a cool town this is!  LOVED THIS!

Ahhh Wake County NC, wonderful neighbors, terrific neighborhoods, limitless possibilities for Triangle entertainment, a terrific school system, marvelous parks... the list goes on and on.
